Commercial Transportation, a proud member of the Evans Network of Companies, is seeking Regional Container CDL-A Owner Operators near the Kearny, NJ area who are willing to run regional & OTR containers.

Partnering with CTI allows you to earn a strong weekly income while maintaining the flexibility to get home when you want.


Regional & OTR Class A CDL Container Owner Operators - North Jersey:

  • Competitive Pay:
    • Regional:$2,500 - $3,000 TO THE TRUCK per week
    • Detention Pay: After the first 2 Hours - $25/hr TO THE TRUCK
  • Home Time:
    • Regional: Home Daily - Runs to Various locations throughout PA and NY
  • Freight:
    • 20/40's Containers
    • Servicing the North Jersey ports/piers
    • Steady North Jersey intermodal container freight available year-round
    • Monday - Friday work available; Occasional Saturdays

Qualification Criteria:

  • 1 year of verifiable Class A experience within the last 3 years
  • TWIC Required
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Tractor must be a 2000 model year or newer
  • Owner Operators must run under Commercial Transportation’s authority
  • Hazmat Endorsement a plus but NOT required
